How to Fix the Spinning Login Issue in DHB Tools

If you experience a spinning screen when logging in and cannot access the software interface even after adding the software folder to Windows scan exclusions, follow the guide below:

Step 1: Open Control Pannel
Enter the path:
If you are using Windows 10: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools
If you are using Windows 11: Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Tools

After you reach the target interface, select Local Security Policy. This section is the same on both Windows 11 and Windows 10.

In the next interface, continue selecting: LOCAL POLICIES -> SECURITY OPTIONS - System cryptography: Use FIPS

Here, if it is currently set to Enable, change it to Disable.
If the default is already Disabled but you still cannot log in to the software, please contact our Fanpage for support.
