This policy applies to all users who access the dhbtools.com website, use desktop software DHB Upload, DHB Render, DHB Stream Pro, DHB Youtube Manager, DHB GoLogin Manager… and use the DHBTools dashboard/admin area.

This policy does not apply to third-party services YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Twitter/X, payment providers — these services have their own policies, and you should read them carefully on their websites.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Account Information

When you register, we collect the information needed to create an account:

Full name or display name.
Email.
Phone number used for verification and support contact.
Password stored as a bcrypt hash, which we cannot read.
Profile picture if you Upload one.

2.2. Order and Payment Information

Products and license plans purchased, purchase date, and expiration date.
Buyer name and address if a VAT invoice is required.
Bank transaction code / e-wallet transaction code we do not store bank card information.

All card transactions are processed directly through a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card number, CVV, or OTP.

2.3. Technical and License Data

Machine ID linked to the activated license — used to prevent unauthorized sharing.
IP address, operating system, browser version used only for troubleshooting.
Login history time, IP to detect unusual access.
Error logs/crash reports only when you actively send them to help improve the product.

2.4. Data We Do NOT Collect

We specifically commit NOT to collecting the following types of data:

Video content, images, and files you process with the software — everything is processed on your own computer.
Cookies / profiles / social media account passwords that you manage through the software.
Upload history, video title/description/tag content.
Other sensitive personal data health, religion, political views, biometrics.

3. Purposes for Using Information

Your information is used for the following purposes, within the necessary scope only:

Create and manage accounts, issue/renew/revoke licenses.
Authenticate you when signing in and process orders.
Send important account-related notifications order confirmations, security alerts, software updates.
Provide technical support and respond to questions.
Run internal analysis to improve products using aggregated, non-personally identifiable data only.
Comply with legal obligations issuing invoices, tax reporting, cooperating with authorities when there is a lawful request.

DHBTools does NOT sell, rent, exchange, or disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share information in the following very limited cases:

With infrastructure providers servers, storage, outgoing email — only to the minimum extent necessary to operate the service, with contractual confidentiality obligations.
With payment gateways — to process transactions you actively initiate.
With competent state authorities — when there is a lawful written request under Vietnamese law.
In the event of a merger or business transfer — you will be notified in advance so you can choose to withdraw your information.
When you clearly consent to sharing for example: joining an affiliate program where your name is displayed.

We apply appropriate technical measures and processes to protect your information:

Encrypted transmission HTTPS/TLS 1.3 across the entire website and API.
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and cannot be reversed to plaintext.
Anti-brute-force login system that limits the number of attempts within a time period.
Internal access controls — only necessary personnel can access customer data, with full logging.
Periodic backups and disaster recovery.

However, no system is absolutely perfect — you are also responsible for protecting your account by using a strong password, not sharing login information, and signing out of public devices.

6. Information Retention

Account information: stored for as long as the account remains active.
Order history and invoices: stored for at least 5 years to comply with accounting/tax obligations.
Login logs and error logs: automatically deleted after 12 months.
When you request account deletion, we delete your personal information within 30 days; some data orders, invoices may be retained according to legal obligations and will be anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law and related regulations, you have the following rights and may exercise them through the dashboard or by contacting us:

Right of access: view the information we store about you.
Right to rectification: update inaccurate information.
Right to deletion: request deletion of your account and personal data.
Right to restriction of processing: request temporary suspension of data processing in the event of a dispute.
Right to object: opt out of marketing notifications this does not affect service notifications.
Right to data portability: request export of your data in a readable format.
Right to withdraw consent: withdraw previously granted consent without affecting the legality of prior processing.
