Required Settings When Using DHB Tools Products

Below are the required settings when using DHB Tools products

1. Install Net Framework 4.6 or later

• Download link Net Framework 4.6.2
• Download link Net Framework 4.7.1

2. Install C++ 2010 to avoid the MSVCR100.DLL error

If it is missing, it often causes a download error.
Note: If you encounter this error, please install the x86 version from the link above. Do not install the x64 version

• Download link C++ 2010 x86

3. Adjust Region & Language in Control Panel

If this is not adjusted, it often causes errors such as being unable to log in, unable to preview videos, or unable to render

1. Open Control Panel by launching the Run dialog box, typing "control panel", then clicking OK, or open Control Panel from the Windows menu
2. In View By, select Large Icon
3. Go to Region. In Format, select "English (United States)"
4. Click "additional setting ...". In the "Number" tab, click the "Reset" button and select "yes". Click apply to save the settings
5. Restart your computer!

4. Adjust the font for DHB Upload Facebook

If you use DHB Upload Facebook on Windows 7, you need to reselect the font for the tool because the default arialbd font is not supported. Go to Render Setting and adjust it as shown below
